Introduction to air-cooled low-temperature freezer

1. Low-temperature freezer is a refrigeration system, water system, electrical system, the core of which is the refrigeration system, which is composed of compressor, evaporator, condenser, and expansion valve. The air-cooled box-type chiller is a chiller that dissipates heat from the environment through one or more external rotor fans because its condenser (radiator) is fin-type.
2. Core advantages of air-cooled chiller: It comes with a refrigeration system, water pump, water tank, and control system. Customers can install it by themselves when it arrives at the customer's site. It can be used in areas where water is scarce and cooling water is inconvenient.

With the development of modern science and technology and the diversified requirements of products, some processes and equipment cannot be met by normal temperature water, such as pharmaceutical chemicals, food and beverages, special electronic materials, etc. These high-end industries often need low-temperature freezers to meet process requirements.           2. Working range: Chilled water temperature range: 22℃ to 37℃, the cooling inlet temperature difference is 3.5℃ to 10℃; the refrigerant outlet temperature is 5℃ to 30℃, the refrigerant inlet and outlet temperature difference is 2.5℃ to 10℃.
